From the Asset detail view of a selected record on the Collect capability panel, choose Surveys to list all the historical surveys for the road segment.
Values can be sorted by columns, and can be exported in .csv or .pdf formats.

To open a historical survey for review or edit, click on the row in the Surveys screen, then click View (to both view and edit).
