Report a Budget Scenario

Once a scenario has been run, the results can be displayed in several ways.

For each of the report options, the results are displayed in tabular form for you to browse and review. The report consists of a record for every pavement segment. Each record includes the treatment that was completed for the segment, the date the treatment was made, and the cost of the treatment. This report can be sorted by any of the columns by simply clicking on the header of the column.

The Scenario Results (Selected Projects) report displays a tabular view of each pavement segment feature chosen by the Scenario Manager for treatment. Date and cost details are provided. 

The Scenario Results (All Projects) report displays a tabular view of each pavement segment for each budget year, but additionally includes those that were not chosen by the Scenario Manager for treatment due to funding or other filtering criteria. These records are indicated by an Is Picked value of No.

Report results can be downloaded as a comma separated value file, or as a .pdf.
