Creating a Treatment/Repair Record
To enter a treatment/repair record for one or more road segments, choose New Repair from the Collect capability panel.

Enter in the date of treatment/repair and the type of work that was performed. Based on the type and configured unit cost of the treatment, and the length and width of the segment(s), the New Treatment screen will update with the total cost of the treatment/repair.

If the treatment/repair was not performed on the entire segment, or if you would like to explicitly track the area treated/repaired, you may enter in the treatment/repair quantity directly, and the corresponding total cost will be calculated.
Alternatively, if you would like to track directly the real cost of the project, enter in the Total Cost value, and the corresponding Unit Cost of the treatment/repair will be calculated.
If the treatment/repair was completed, slide the Is Done/Generate New Survey slider to Yes. This will automatically open the New Survey screen so that you can immediately enter in the current condition of the road segment in its post-treatment/repair state.
Choose Save to store the Treatment/Repair Record.
